These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Restorix (the "Service"), operated by Cognixa Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Restorix is a web archive restoration tool that retrieves website content from the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine and packages it for download or deployment. The Service operates on a pay-per-use model: you top up your balance with a one-time payment and spend it on restores and deployments. Nothing recurs.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information at registration. You are liable for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for the content you restore and how you use it. The Company is not liable for copyright or IP claims arising from your use of restored content.
The Service uses a prepaid balance system. You add funds via supported payment methods (credit card, cryptocurrency). Funds are deducted per file restored. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (Stripe, Cryptomus, etc.), we never store your card details. Top-ups are limited to between $5.00 and $200.00 per transaction.
Refunds: If a restore job fails due to a technical error on our side, the charged amount is automatically refunded to your balance. Unused balance is also refundable to your original payment method on request within 30 days of the charge — see our Refund Policy (/refund-policy) or contact [email protected]. Chargebacks for services rendered may result in account suspension.
The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of Cognixa Labs LLC. Restored content belongs to its original copyright holders, we claim no ownership of restored material. You are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for any restored content you deploy or distribute.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that all archived content can be restored, that restored content will be complete or functional, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. The Wayback Machine is operated by the Internet Archive (archive.org), a third party we have no affiliation with or control over.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognixa Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cognixa Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
